About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in an ambulatory care environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs for patients.
  • Facilitate care coordination through effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
