Job Description:

The Site Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our MackBenn Elementary School site in Suffolk, VA.

This includes supervising a team of Guides, developing engaging programs, and maintaining open communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Compensation Package:

$17.00/hour, plus benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
