About the Role

The LPN at Everside Health works closely with a concierge physician to deliver exceptional healthcare services to corporate clients. This role involves front and back-office duties, including patient assessment, communicating with the physician, and ensuring the physician has the necessary resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the physician in clinical and administrative functions
  • Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to the physician
  • Record patient assessments into an Electronic Medical Record
  • Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests, and work with contracted labs for additional tests
  • Assist with medical procedures and utilize diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment
  • Maintain exam rooms, ensuring they are clean, disinfected, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and other care outside of the clinic
  • Respond to calls from patients, pharmacies, and other medical offices as delegated by the physician
  • Fulfill medical record requests and abstraction

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, plus graduation from a formal training program and 2+ years' experience as an LPN, preferably in primary care
  • Current BLS certification and nursing license to practice in the state for which you are applying
  • Ability to give injections, complete EKGs, and perform other office-based procedures
  • Exceptional phlebotomy skills
