About This Role:

This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while developing your skills and expertise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and comfort to patients by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, shampoos, and shaves; assist with travel to the bathroom; help with showers and baths.
  • Support activities of daily living by serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
  • Administer adjunct care by applying nonsterile dressings, surgical preps, ice packs, heat treatments, sitz, and therapeutic baths; apply restraints.
  • Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing from the state of Florida.
  • Current/active CPR certification.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication.
