Position Overview:
The firm is currently seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to enhance their Labor & Employment Practice group. This role encompasses handling both class action and individual plaintiff cases, along with advisory and counseling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements for this position include:
- 4-7 years of experience in Employment Litigation, with a focus on defense
- Expertise in both individual plaintiff cases (discrimination, harassment, retaliation) and class action suits (wage and hour, FLSA, PAGA)
- Experience in conducting arbitrations and mediations
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
- Active California Bar License
- Based in San Diego
