SOS International LLC is seeking a highly qualified Quality Manager to support Health Services operations in Alexandria, Louisiana.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, optimal patient flow, provider productivity, and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in developing and implementing quality plans, conducting internal audits, and analyzing data to drive quality improvement.

The Quality Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies to minimize risk within the organization.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, with experience in drafting QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures.

They will also have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Visio.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting key performance indicators and process improvement metrics.

They will also collaborate with internal staff to develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, systems, and controls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, with experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

  • BS/BA degree or five years' experience managing the Quality Management function for health care programs.
  • 2-3 years of quality management experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience on a government contract.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain an ICE Suitability clearance based on government background investigation.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain pre-employment medical clearance.
  • Excellent writing skills; previous experience with drafting QA/QC plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to develop presentations and deliver training.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Visio.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and deliver on multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
