Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Allina Health. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being. You will practice in a thoughtful manner, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.

- Practice in a thoughtful manner, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management.
- Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.
- May participate in peer review and quality assurance.
- MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
- BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
- Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
- ACLS-BLS Tier - Multisource required within 180 Days.
Our clinic is located in the Centennial Lakes area, offering a beautiful and peaceful work environment. We have a very active "Joy Team" that works to promote events that bring teams together to celebrate fun events. We also have an onsite cafe, an outdoor eating area, and free parking and covered parking options for staff.
Electronic Health Record (EHR)We use Excellian, one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation. The Centennial Lakes Clinic in Edina, MN overlooks Centennial Lakes and offers a range of specialties, including Family Medicine providers, Internal Medicine providers, Chiropractors, Spinal Interventionist, Mental Health providers, Urogynecologist, Podiatrist, and Rheumatologist.
