Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Transportation Driver to join our team at The Primary Health Network. As a Patient Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the PHNCF/CF patient transportation van to pick up and return patients to/from scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and equipped for safe transportation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth transportation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's license
  • High School Graduate/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Basic-Average Computer Skills
  • Ability to utilize GPS for driving locations
  • Ability to change tire and perform light maintenance (check & add fluids, air)
