Under the overall supervision and guidance of the Supervisor and Director of Care Management, the RN Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering case management services in alignment with the policies and procedures of Providence St. Mary Medical Center, working collaboratively with patients and their families.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing

Upon hire:
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum of 2 years in Medical/Surgical nursing practice or a combination of RN case management and/or community resource planning experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

The listed compensation represents the base pay range; additional remuneration may be available for this position, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
