Instrument Cluster Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instrument Cluster Engineer to join our team at Zobility, a leading workforce management and staffing division of RGBSI. As an Instrument Cluster Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and integration of new Instrument Clusters into future vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Application Engineering activities for Instrument Cluster programs, including Electrical PMT support, prototype builds, and launch.
  • Interface with design studio and supply base to develop instrument clusters that meet program timing requirements.
  • Manage the product development process from product planning to component development, component and sub-system validation, and program launch.
  • Manage suppliers to meet program timing and ensure products meet functions, quality, cost, weight, and timing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and root cause analysis for software and hardware issues.
Requirements:
  • Applications experience for a commodity.
  • Project management experience over a supplier.
  • Design & Release experience for components.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
