Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in Utica/Rome, NY. This is a long-term opportunity that requires a skilled professional with a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review orders from field estimators for contract compliance.
  • Manage all orders within a geographical location.
  • Estimate and negotiate orders with contractors in accordance with the contract.
  • Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff, and contract management on issues and complex matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years' of estimating experience or 4 years' experience as an estimator.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all management levels.
