About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Computational Sociology. The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and intellectually vibrant department, contributing to our research and teaching endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in computational sociology, publishing high-quality papers in top-tier journals and presenting at conferences.
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in sociology, computational methods, and related areas, developing innovative curricula and pedagogical approaches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the department and university, engaging in interdisciplinary research projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in departmental and university service, contributing to committee work, curriculum development, and other activities.
