Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist

Memorial Health University Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Imaging department, you will be responsible for performing Imaging exams in accordance with standards and practices set forth by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and Radiology Department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Imaging exams in accordance with standards and practices set forth by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and Radiology Department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from neonate to geriatric.
  • Maintain performance improvement activities within the department and participate in CQI activities.
  • Assure competency of all personnel.
  • Develop, interpret and administer all policies, procedures and protocols of the department.
  • Maintain efficient and effective department operations while maintaining compliance with all Joint Commission, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
