Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide exceptional patient care and support to our front desk team. As a Patient Care Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our front desk team
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Check patients in and out, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient information
  • Remove barriers to patient care and find solutions to challenges
