Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to lead our team as a Nursing Unit Director. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience as a registered nurse and a valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing regimen for patients/clients in two or more units of a clinical service.
  • Schedules, assigns, guides, directs, and instructs professional and allied nursing personnel in nursing activities.
  • Cordinates, guides, and directs the development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the nursing regimen for patients/clients within the clinical service.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
