Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bartender to join our team at FatCats. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
  • Process and replenish merchandise, and participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Provide excellent communication with leadership and peers.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities.
  • Be empowered to assess and solve guest needs.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Verify guest age and wristband guests as necessary.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver drink orders.
  • Learn and memorize drink recipes and ingredients.
  • Monitor and manage guest consumption of alcohol.
  • Assist with tracking and managing inventory.
Requirements
  • Personable and professional demeanor.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
  • Ability to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
  • Complete and maintain TIPS certification or Arizona Title 4 certification.
  • Meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Ability to safely move and stock beer kegs and cases.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the center for extended periods.
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
