Job Description:

The Shift Manager plays a vital role in directing and ensuring the efficient operation of the front line and kitchen. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products.
2. Team Management: Direct employees operating front line and kitchen, promoting a positive and cooperative atmosphere among team members.
3. Quality Control: Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment and operations, ensuring consistent product portions and excellent quality.
4. Operations: Prioritize workload, serving customers first, maintaining dining room, and then maintaining work area, with a focus on excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
5. Reporting: Report any needed equipment and/or facilities repair to the Maintenance Department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of kitchen food preparation, register equipment operation, and crew employment procedures.
