Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading Salesforce projects, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions, and providing expert-level technical assistance to developers. Your expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce projects with various clients across the United States
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance to developers
  • Design and manage test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
  • Participate in sales efforts to estimate technical level of effort
  • Participate in marketing events, such as sales meetings
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of CRM industry experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience, particularly in an Architect-capacity
  • Strong expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Ability to integrate multiple third-party solutions
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes
  • Proven experience driving work for other resources on a team
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
