Parish Financial Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team at 613 St Bernadette Catholic Church in Fuquay Varina, NC.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing finances, personnel, and facilities for small offices or Parishes of similar sizes, and be a practicing Catholic.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Parish Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, establish goals and objectives, and supervise administrative staff.
• Financial Planning: Develop and manage operating budgets, ensure compliance with approved budgets, and provide financial reports to the Pastor and Finance Council.
• Facilities Maintenance: Oversee buildings, grounds, and maintenance staff, ensure long-term upkeep and improvement of facilities, and establish a budget for capital items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a closely related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in managing finance/accounting or supervising/managing small office personnel.
• Excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
