Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled customer service representative to work with equipment finance clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, collecting payment and minimizing loss to the organization.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
