About the Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Labor and Delivery Nursing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery nursing, with at least 2 years of experience in the field. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree required.
  • At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience required.
