About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Mercy Health Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
  • General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
  • Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
  • Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
  • Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy.
  • BLS certified.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six months to one year experience as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.
  • Experience with care for adult and geriatric patients.
