Job Title: Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Zukins Rib Shack Livonia. This role involves preparing menu items for guests, with the primary responsibility of daily food preparation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items per incoming orders and follow established presentation standards.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with all food service staff to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in other areas of the kitchen when not busy, promoting cross-functional support.
  • Aid in end-of-shift cleaning procedures to maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Prior cook experience is preferred but not required.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent multitasking skills.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary, including weekend availability.
  • Prolonged employment is highly desired.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
