We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience and a strong background in EP Studies, device implants, extractions, lead revisions, and loop implant/explant.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, with a focus on EP Studies and cardiovascular procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Operate specialized equipment, including Plum 360 IV pumps, X-ray systems, and Carto and ESI mapping systems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in EP Studies, device implants, extractions, lead revisions, and loop implant/explant.
- RN License and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and EP Studies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment.
