Job Title: 1681 FT Money Desk Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Money Desk Specialist to join our team at German American Bancorp. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for processing domestic and international wire transfers, investigating and resolving any issues that may arise, and communicating with customers to ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process wire transfers and ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Investigate and resolve wire transfer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve any concerns
  • Prepare corporate account balance reports and other related information for senior management

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
