Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Master's Level Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Therapist or Counselor at Aspire Health Partners, you will provide exceptional customer service, motivational interviewing, short-term counseling intervention, and navigation through our system of care for clients in need of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide short-term intervention and connect individuals experiencing mental health-related crisis in our community to the services they need.
- Respond to individuals who meet substance use diagnostic, DLA-20, and ASAM criteria and are referred primarily through our Access department, Mobile Response teams, or CRC.
- Utilize assessment and motivational interviewing techniques to provide short-term crisis support/counseling and connect clients to appropriate Aspire and/or Central Florida community resources.
- Formulate an appropriate clinical disposition for clients in need of services while maintaining compliance with program commitments and regulations.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, interdepartmental communication, and consultation, and engage with stakeholders and resources.
- Complete operational duties, such as generating additional documentation, data collection, reports, and diagnostics when necessary.
- Collaborate with outcome evaluation processes and/or any other tasks requested by supervisor.
- Master's Degree in MH Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Level II Background clearance.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
