Caregiving Specialist

As a Caregiving Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing aid to our participants in our day center, while also contributing to the care planning process as an equal part of our interdisciplinary team (IDT). The Personal Support Assistant will provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to WelbeHealth participants, including escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals, laundry, etc. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

• Provide personal care and support to participants, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Assist participants with meal service, ensuring they receive the correct meals and aid with feeding when needed.
• Observe activity on the day center floor to ensure participant safety.

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $20/hr with a raise to $22/hr after 6 months, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance coverage, 401 K savings + match, and 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and sick time.
