Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at W3Global Inc. As a key member of our Commercial Painting division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction project management experience.
- Valid Maine Driver's License.
- OSHA 10 & 30 certification.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
