We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Utility Person/Dishwasher at Golden Corral.

This critical role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our restaurant, which is consistently praised by guests for its excellent standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing clean silverware and dishes to guests while adhering to strict cleanliness standards.
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including the parking lot and surrounding areas, to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Inspecting and cleaning the restrooms to meet local health department requirements.
  • Managing waste disposal and maintaining the dumpster and back dock area.
  • Organizing and maintaining the utility area.
  • Ensuring adherence to cleanliness, service, and quality standards during assigned shifts.
  • Following local health department regulations.

Efficiency and Quality:

  • Stocking cook, line, and server areas with necessary supplies.
  • Maintaining high levels of organization, speed, and cleanliness standards.
  • Reporting equipment and facility issues to management.

Customer Focus:

  • Understanding and following position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $11.75, recognizing the importance of this role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
