As an Asset Protection Specialist at Home Depot, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's assets and ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud through proactive measures and investigations.
  • Support the implementation and compliance of safety and environmental programs in assigned stores or multiple stores.
  • Identify and investigate incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports to monitor physical security.
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and improve security.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store management and employees.
