Dishware Steward

We are seeking a dedicated Dishware Steward to join our team at Perkins Restaurants. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen.

• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment by hand or using the dishwasher, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
• Store cleaned items in designated areas, keeping our storage spaces organized and accessible.
• Empty and clean trash cans, transferring bags to the outside dumpster area to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the back-of-house, restrooms, and other areas, upholding our high standards.
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by stocking it with dishes and supplies, guaranteeing we have everything needed to provide exceptional service.

In this role, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a significant difference in our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
