Job Summary

IDS International is seeking a highly skilled Air and Missile Defense Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the AMD system, as well as coaching and mentoring soldiers in maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the AMD system and related support equipment to prevent, detect, diagnose, or repair operator error and/or system malfunctions.
Serve as a coach, teacher, mentor, and evaluator of soldiers in AMD system maintenance procedures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of battery, battalion, and brigade maintenance programs.
Manage the use and care of special tools and support equipment.
Monitor and coordinate the installation of modifications to the AMD system.
Implement proper safety and security procedures applicable to the operation and maintenance support of the AMD system.

Requirements

Served in a position providing experience in Electronic Missile Maintenance Officer (EMMO) at a U.S. THAAD Battery.
At least five years of experience as a MOS 140L in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion/THAAD Battery and must have at least two (2) years' experience in a U.S. Army THAAD Battery.
Maintain an active Secret Clearance.
