Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team at Crowne Plaza Knoxville. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with luggage handling and transportation to guest rooms
  • Support the front desk team with check-in and service requests
  • Ensure the bell desk area is maintained in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform valet services as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to lift over 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
