Overview

Symbria, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join its Rehab Team at Victory Lakes in Lindenhurst, IL. Job Description

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients utilizing a range of modalities. Our Respiratory Therapists bring their expertise and knowledge of disease and medication management, education, and oxygen conservation techniques to every patient interaction.

You will work closely with our Rehab Team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and achieve critical outcomes. Your ability to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) with National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentials
  • A valid registered license is required
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is preferred but not necessary
