  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to quality team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless execution of quality-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific area, advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in validation, maintenance, engineering, or technical quality in a pharmaceutical cGMP or medical device environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge of cGMP, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
