Job Description

In the Clerical Substitute role, you will serve as a key member of our team, providing administrative support to a designated supervisor. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including typing, filing, and transcribing documents.
  • Assist with office activities, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial records and attendance records.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Two years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
