Job Summary:
Regulatory Oversight:
Supervise the submission of essential documents, including financial disclosures, for regulatory offerings. Assume a leadership role in regulatory compliance for a Series LLC & Broker-Dealer Company.
Public Offering Expertise:
Spearhead the public offering process, collaborating closely with underwriters and investment banks. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in business finance, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
Financial Assessment:
Perform comprehensive analyses of discrepancies in regulatory submissions, integrating accounting and compliance considerations. Present financial outcomes to executive leadership and regulatory entities.
Compliance Management:
Identify and address pertinent regulatory obligations for the issuance of music-related assets. Manage regulatory communications, notifications, and daily interactions with stakeholders.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work alongside product stakeholders as a financial expert to ensure adherence to security offering requirements. Revise policies and procedures as necessary to align with regulatory standards.
Reporting and Communication:
Deliver precise and timely reports to executive leadership, business units, and external regulatory bodies. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to regulatory rules and guidelines.
Industry Compliance Oversight:
Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws, regulations, and industry standards in relation to company operations.
Qualifications:
Experience with Financial Regulations:
Direct experience with financial regulatory bodies, including FINRA and the SEC.
Public Offerings and Capital Markets:
Previous experience in capital markets or securities issuance, particularly public offerings.
Business Insight:
Ability to comprehend business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to devise practical solutions.
Communication Proficiency:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts effectively.
Project Management Skills:
Strong organizational and project management capabilities, adept at managing intricate projects in a dynamic environment.
Relationship Development:
