  • Welcome customers entering the Print Solutions area and respond swiftly and attentively to their needs.
  • Engage customers with open-ended questions to build rapport and identify their copy and print marketing requirements.
  • Utilize order intake tools to gather project details and propose suitable print solutions.
  • Assist customers in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals.
  • Pose qualifying questions during consultations to uncover potential leads.
  • Support customers with their shipping requirements and be adaptable to perform other assigned tasks.

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Capable of collaborating with various customers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality assurance.
  • Basic computer proficiency to manage electronic files, emails, and utilize Microsoft Word (or similar applications).
  • Physical capability to lift and transport supplies weighing between 10-50 pounds, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
