Our Practice

We're Grove Dental Group, located at 2228 State Hill Road, Wyomissing, Pennsylvania 19610. Our practice schedule includes:

  • Sunday: OFF
  • Monday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am-1:00pm
  • x1 per month, Saturday: 8:00am-1:00pm (when you work the Saturday you will have a weekday off)
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients with a smile and making them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Supporting the Dentist with various procedures.
  • Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
  • Maintaining strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
  • Adhering to OSHA and safety policies to ensure a secure and healthy environment.
  • Educating patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
  • Undertaking diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior dental assisting experience required and an active EFDA license in good standing.
  • Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
  • A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
