Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all customer inquiries by telephone, in writing, and in person, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs.
  • Report laboratory results to clients using established protocols, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records, using established protocols for reporting client concerns.
  • Resolve routine matters related to patient testing and result reporting, using established protocols and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as required to meet customer requirements, including data entry and basic office tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with some data entry experience preferred.
  • Customer service background preferred, with medical terminology helpful.
  • Previous medical or clinical laboratory background preferred, with one to two years of additional training in a medical or call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak the English language clearly and effectively communicate to callers and peer group.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to operate basic office equipment and demonstrate integrity and a commitment to values.
