- Administer medications, provide therapies, and interventions as scheduled in accordance with the plan of care and physician's orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a constant flow of information regarding the client's care, changes in condition, and developmental goals.
- Provide education and support to clients and families to promote independence and self-management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Document all interactions, assessments, and interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure, without restrictions.
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage.
- CPR certification required but may be obtained after hire.
- COVID-19 vaccine compliance.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
