Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Paradigm Oral Health. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal cases and documents.

2. Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues.

5. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

2. Completion of an approved paralegal program.

3. Minimum two years of experience as a paralegal.

4. Successful completion of the State Bar validated standard tests for the position.

5. Proficient computer skills, including keyboarding and database management.
