The Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Nursing to ensure the provision of exceptional care that leads to positive clinical outcomes, along with patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
- Lead, guide, and oversee the clinical operations of the nursing units during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain sufficient nursing staff to ensure safe, 24/7 care while minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
- Engage in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations regarding employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

*Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
*Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
*Minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
*At least two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred.
*One year in a management or supervisory role preferred.
