Sedgwick is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer service and service delivery to our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process referrals in the delivery of medical goods and services, ensuring timely and accurate communication with patients, vendors, and clients.
  • Procure vendor partners for each referral, confirming demographic information and providing updates on referral status.
  • Communicate with clients and patients to confirm delivery of goods or services, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide quotes to clients for approval, ensuring that each referral is deemed medically necessary and approved by the claims adjuster.
  • Confirm billing information and move referrals to be billed each day, adhering to state regulations and workers' compensation guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
  • Must meet minimum typing requirements.
