Job Role: Licensed Professional Counselor (Independent Contractor)

Job Summary: Dr. Tina Scott & Associates seeks an experienced licensed professional counselor to deliver high-quality mental wellness services to our clients. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or groups, tailoring services to meet each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania.
  • A strong track record of delivering effective psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year,
