Job Summary:

The Electrical Assembly Specialist will work with a variety of tools and equipment to assemble and repair electrical products. This role requires the ability to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5V, diagnose and resolve electrical issues, and interpret precision instruments as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and deliver high-quality products on time to all customers.
  • Ensure compliance with shop safety practices and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain accurate records, including E.C.R.'s, N.C.R.'s, O.F.I.'s, I.F.S. procedures, and work instructions.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics to build back panels and enclosures.
  • Perform wire runs, labeling, crimping, measuring, and cutting cables.
  • Assist in testing, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and certifications.
  • Participate in LEAN training and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational schooling in electrical work preferred.
  • 2+ years of electrical experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with electrical diagnostic instruments and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical panel and enclosure assembly.
  • Proficient in reading electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools, fasteners, and power tools.
  • Experience operating forklifts, manlifts, and scissor lifts.
