About the Programme

We are excited to offer a 18-month graduate programme that will launch your career in global banking. Roles and Responsibilities

As a graduate in our Financial Markets programme, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the following roles:

  • Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, pitch investment strategies, and work across teams to develop and execute orders.
  • Traders: Make market positions, buy and sell securities on behalf of clients and the Bank, and navigate market dynamics to balance profit and risk considerations.
  • Structuring: Specialise in modelling and complex asset classes, create, price, and market complicated products to clients, and partner with sales and trading colleagues.
  • Business Platforms and Partnerships: Develop, commercialise, deliver, and implement financial market products to support revenue growth.
  • Research: Provide data-driven investment opportunities, market insights, and risk management advice to the trading floor through in-depth analysis and insight across assets and markets.
Eligibility

We welcome students from all degree disciplines and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. We are looking for team players with excellent academic achievements and extracurricular activities, agile multi-taskers who can handle pressure, analytical minds with numeracy and attention to detail, and those who are adept at building relationships and striving towards goals. You must be a final year student, able to start in July 2025, with the permanent legal right to work in the country you are applying to.
