About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance their functional independence.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and modalities, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to identify and resolve problems affecting patient care outcomes.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
