About the Role

We are seeking licensed mental health counselors or therapists to join our team and provide remote therapy services to clients in their licensed state(s).

As a Talkspace therapist, you will have the opportunity to manage your own schedule and caseload, providing mental health care on your own terms.

We believe in empowering our therapists to focus on client care without the burden of marketing or insurance processes, allowing you to thrive in your practice.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for live sessions is $90, while asynchronous messaging rates range between $12-$36 per session. Additionally, we offer a monthly bonus of $100-$4,000 based on the average number of clinical hours spent with clients per week.

Talkspace provides individual professional malpractice liability insurance, submission of a fully completed CAQH application, and access to our Learning Community sessions for free CE credits.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be a licensed mental health counselor or therapist in good standing and able to practice independently in your licensed state(s).
