About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Clerk to join our team at Illinois CancerCare. As an Imaging Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of our Imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Process and manage imaging exam requests, image requests, and addendums in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist technologists with various tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Imaging PACS to perform administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in an imaging setting or medical office preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
